Our Story
Catalyst & Associates came together in 2011 when three supply chain professionals got tired of fixing the same problems repeatedly. Instead of bouncing between companies as consultants-for-hire, they decided to actually solve things. Started small — basically just helping manufacturers simplify operations. But word spread fast. Clients started asking for help beyond the basics. So we grew. Not because we wanted to be a big firm, but because more companies needed real solutions. Today we're 23 people strong, working across Europe with clients ranging from startups to major industrial operations. Still focused on the same thing: making supply chains work.
